How To Make Hummus with veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2–3 tbsp water (to adjust texture)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin (optional)

For serving:

  • Fresh veggies like carrot sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, or celery

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Adjust: Add water a tablespoon at a time until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve: Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil, and sprinkle a pinch of paprika or sesame seeds if desired.
